This page was created for the primary purpose to hold accountable Kristian Nason for an unresolved domestic violence case in Washington State. On 04/21/20 he was arrested for domestic assault. Due to Covid the case was delayed for a time. In December of 2021 he decided to leave the state and move to Concord, North Carolina (Charlotte, North Carolina) without resolving the case. There was a hearing scheduled for February of 2022, which he did not show up for. Therefore there is a bench warrant outstanding for failure to appear. All content posted on this site is public record. This site will remain until the case is resolved. Once the case is resolved, the site will be removed. Please note: The weapons charges have been dropped. The DUI has been resolved.

10/27/23 Update: It’s come to my attention on search sites such as Beenverified.com that these charges are dismissed. This is incorrect. I’ve verified this with the city that there is currently a standing bench warrant out for his arrest.

05/02/24 The harassment continues. Currently Anna Louise Johnson, current girlfriend of Kristian Nason, is engaging in a slander and defamation campaign on my Google business page. Never has she been a client, never have I met her or talked to her. She’s claiming I’ve been harassing them, going after her children, it’s all incorrect. I simply want him to be held accountable for his actions. He’s gained another Protection Order from another ex girlfriend. (Now 3 active PO’s against him) She lives in Bellingham, he’s in NC with a live in girlfriend having his children. He continues with the harassment , not just with me, but with other women. The only language he understands (because he doesn’t understand STOP) is legal action. Honestly that really doesn’t stop him.

I have an ongoing PO with him. He’s violated it. He was charged and fined, which I find ridiculous, but just this last Christmas Eve he was sending me a friend request on Facebook. Then continued to remove and resend the request for about a month. He’ll stalk my social media, see my posts, then post angry responses to his page. Why???!!!!! Pics below. The last is a unsolicited response to after having hip replacement surgery a year ago, my hip was trying to come out of the socket. I thought it failed. I posted about it on social media. Oh, and he continually accuses me of being an alcoholic. And yet the friend requests. Make it make sense.
